I have used this post office for more than 9 years, and have had excellent service from it. It is a real asset to Kingskerswell and a lifeline for many who otherwise would have to travel some distance to the next nearest. Other reviewers have mentioned a particular staff member, and I must confess that If it is the same person then I have on occasion not seen eye to eye with her either. Simply smile and let it wash over you. All of the other members of staff are extremely polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. It would be nice if they started to sell other things again though, it was always nice to be able to get your paper and milk as well as use the post office!

I try to support my local post office as I know small post offices are struggling. However after the service I received today from the woman with long blonde hair I won't use them again if I can help it. Very rude, unhelpful. Didn't care that, although my parcels should have been there, and had obviously gone missing, she smirked and said it wasn't her problem as she didn't work that morning!!! Do not use this post office. Useless.
I live in the village and visited the post office on Saturday 18th November 2017 to post a parcel. The female serving was rude and abrupt and I felt very disappointed with the service provided. I will in future travel outside the village to obtain the service I expect. It is a shame but perhaps if this is standard service perhaps we would be better without.
Same as the above. Absolutely a disgrace won't be visiting this post office again I assure you. Even after spending 60 pounds worth in there, you still get treated like scum. No thank you.
