He accepted the job on very short notice, arrived on time and did not complain when I, the unprepared customer, was late. Then when I found that I had completely underestimated the extent of the job he ploughed on ahead, got the job done swiftly and professional and was overall a brilliant serviceman and person. I needed a large amount of scrap metal and equipment removing and rang Mark on a Wednesday and he agreed to come the next day. He came at the time he said, even ringing to let me know he was on his way. A really friendly and efficient service. Would recommend him very highly.
An exemplary service from start to finish. Mark quoted a very reasonable price for removals into a three bedroom house and was flexible to fit around the time we needed him. Throughout the removals, Mark and Lee only had our best interests in hand (eg move sofas first so Mum and baby have a chair to sit on!). They just completely took the stress away from the move. I couldn’t recommend Mark enough and will certainly be using his services in the future.
