Very good service, was offered a courtesy car when extra time was needed to resolve issues. Only issue that prevents 5 stars is the fact that the main problem that needed resolving under warranty requires a part on back order, and they were unable to give me a date as to when this part will be in so playing waiting game now (this could be more a fault with Skoda than Murrays though to be fair). Service was excellent though and will most likely be going back in future. *upgraded to 5 star as all was resolved very speedily.

This garage expects the customer to play for they incompetence. They inform the customer very little and then gang up with there excuses for for faulty work .the manager trys to intimidate the customer. He speaks to everyone as if the have the same intelligence as himself
