Lovely, quiet relaxing campsite. We had a huge grassy pitch with lush, closely mown grass. Lots of space for chilling out by the van and bbqing.

This place is stunning!!! Its such a haven! So quiet and peaceful the just woods and fields around you. Lots of places to go for walks and bike rides, if you want to stay in the campsite there a massive section of grass that's just for picnics, ball games etc the kids loved it! The facilities are faultless - sparkling! The owners are always around and so welcoming. We loved it so much we've now paid for our caravan to be there all year

A lovely site, very quite and peaceful. Bathrooms and showers were always clean as well as the campsite. Great sized pitches with level ground. Lots of dog walking paths nearby and a short walk to the local pub. Water taps and dog poo bins in every corner of the campsite, which was good. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Stargazing almost every night was great! Good location for beaches, Dartmoor National Park and local towns. Campsite is very dog friendly, shame some owners can't follow the rules of dogs on leads. Had a lovely stay and will definitely come back

We have just returned from a wonderful 8 days at this site. The owners couldn't be more helpful, the facilities were deep cleaned several times a day and are exceptional. The dog walking facilities were excellent with poo bins at every corner. The walk around to the heath was very easy and is also the route to the local pub. During the weekend a couple of others campers were rowdy and didn't abide by the camp rules but the owners dealt with these very quickly, they clearly picked the wrong site to camp on. After the bank holiday weekend the site was peaceful and tranquil and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return. Thank you

What a wonderful place. A warm welcome from the owners Alan & Debbie who are dedicated to ensuring you have a pleasant stay. Nice spacious pitch. Toilet and shower block is kept spotless by the owners. Being near to Dartmoor it’s quiet and relaxing. Truly recommend this caravan park and will be returning next year.

My husband and I took our caravan here for five nights. A lovely campsite fairly central to some fabulous beaches and towns in the area. The campsite was clean, level grass and hard surface pitches and under 50 pitches so not too many people about. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings and even managed to do some star gazing. We visited the local pub walked and rode our bikes there and back. Shame the gate at bottom of field has been closed off to the nature trail but it helped us to gain extra steps Monday evening was a treat when the local chip van “the fairy cod mother’ would visit between 6.30 and 7.30pm a night off cooking for me. Reasonable priced for the area. 10 mins car to Trago Mills was a bonus on a rainy morning thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope you will have us back again soon x

Cracking site. Great location and a wee gem of a park. Debby and Alan who ate running Oakmoor have a warm and welcoming way with them. They were at the communal block many times throughout the day - cleaning loos, showers and the dishes area. The block has been re-arranged to limit their full use to keep guests safe and apart it was working very well. Definitely worth a visit.
