Steve and Karen are simply brilliant! From the initial enquiry and subsequent conversation with Karen, right through to completion, the professionalism and exemplary customer service stood out. Only outshone by our oven now!!! We’ve got a freestanding double oven with induction hob and Steve has transformed it back to ‘as new’ condition. He was with us for 5 hours all told and was superb. He made sure nothing got dirty, he had overshoes on whilst in the house, he followed covid guidelines to the letter, his mask never once came off despite the hard graft needed to achieve the unbelievable standard that he has. Quality, friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail were all first class, as were his covid protection measures. Felt 100% safe at all times. Thanks Steve & Karen Speak to you in 12 months time! PS, pic was mid way through to show diligence in keeping our kitchen clean whilst he worked.

Karen was the initial contact and explained everything. Steve arrived on time, covered area around cooker, explained everything he was going to do and was courteous and professional and left every thing clean and sparkling and the cooker looked like new. I won't be cleaning the oven again myself.

Steve was brilliant and spent all day cleaning the oven at my guest house. Ovens and hob were as new by the time he'd finished. Super nice, professional. Even brought a treat for my dog :). Highly recommend and will use again.
