I was new to living back in UK and had a traffic incident. I called Patterson Law, they responded immediately. They were professional and extremely helpful and disclosed all options and costs. I would give them more than 5 stars if only was possible. My case was a serious traffic offence and they took care of it very professionally. I didn't expect it was going to go that well to be fair. Lack of communication , swapped between 3 different solicitors and eventually told 1 working day before the trial date that we have a trial. I used these guys in 2018 and they were good but it seems they are going down hill.. Really disappointed as they could of done so much more for the moment they charge

I would definitely recommend you save your money rather than wasting it on this company. They do very little for the amount you're paying them and pay you all the lip service at the beginning saying you have such a good case and a really good chance of getting off, however that's not the case. Ended up going to trial, was told what good prospects we had, how we would have all the time we needed to go over the evidence with the barrister the morning of the hearing and didn't even get 2 minutes. No phone calls with our solicitors the week before the trial so didn't know what evidence was being used and then after the guilty verdict still no courtesy of a phone call, just trying to get more money out of us to go to appeal. Wish we had just accepted the points from the start despite it not being our fault.
Contacted PL due to potential loss of driving licence. Helped by Hilary Moon - very knowledgable and approachable. She identified a straightforward solution that did not involve fees for her firm. This saved my licence. There are not many firms that would do this. I recommend Hilary and PL wholeheartedly.
