Me and my husband have been taking our cars to Pottery Road Garage for over 12 years and cannot rate them high enough. We have always received excellent customer service and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always friendly and approachable and the mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable and have a great knack of being able to explain things in layman’s terms so you are clear as to what has been done to your car and the costs involved. Recently I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a car from Pottery Road Garage and the whole process from beginning to end went without hitch and was an overall positive and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Pottery Road Garage to anyone.

Cannot fault this garage! 5 star customer service, experienced mechanics who actually explain the fault and if able to will show you what went wrong and why. Friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Just wish I hadn't moved away. I travel hundreds of miles to visit family and over the past 8 years this garage has always set the standard. Highly recommended.
