Very poor service from Taylor wimpey. Do not address repairs needed. Very shoddy. Only buy from them if you want to spend all your time waiting in for workmen to disagree with each other about repairs needed.

I am not happy at all with Taylor wimpey, first off I got told I wasn’t allowed to put my own flooring and had to pick their options, as it wouldn’t pass inspection. Secondly, I got told house would be done by end of January and they said they didn’t say that, so had to find temporary accommodation. On the day I moved now in, the house wasn’t even cleaned. My snagging list is endless and the finish of the house is poor, like a amateur had done the painting, and silicone. Had a cracked tile in the en-suite and uneven tiling in the kitchen. The list is endless, all I can say is don’t trust anything Taylor wimpey say and except forever for them to do the snagging list.
Nice finish and good quality (even for Taylor wimpy) no public transport nearby though.
Great value 3 storey homes. Plus I can buy with 5% deposit with the Help to Buy scheme. I couldn't afford a new home otherwise.
Very dusty due to work still continuing .
