Up to now 5 Star's there is not pulling the wool over anyones eye's this is a good company...however, its become apparent that loyalty doesn't run particularly deep. I run a small business and have spent nearly 5K with this company and the last vehicle I rented I returned with a small crack in the windscreen at wiper level....which must have come from a stone chip? Although who knows as it wasn't something which I noticed happen whilst driving it, it is quite possible that it was there beforehand and spread whilst i drove the van. I spent 120 on the rental and have been invoiced 230 for the 'damage'....now I am sure if I read down in the small print it would say that the driver is liable for any damage, however there is such a thing as discretion, especially you would have thought for ongoing customers. Its not as though a stone chip can be helped! I was about to take out a long term hire with this company, in light of this I have since decided to buy a van, small things matter in life and business....clearly this company, although good in what they provide, does not value their customers enough (especially in these difficult times) to be even handed about incidents like this and obviously don't care about return business. So...along with all these 5 star reviews, bear in mind your likely to get stung financially over the smallest thing even if you are (were in this case) a loyal customer!
