I ordered a new bag during early 2021 lockdown, so fast delivery wasn't too much of an issue for me. The Golf Shop Online set my expectation about a few delays they'd been experiencing with some imported orders and were very transparent. When the glorious 29th March arrived and we could all get back out, I spoke to The Golf Shop Online about the outstanding order. Not only were they upfront in being open about the delay, they took time to understand my requirements (a waterproof 14 hybrid stand bag), they advised on a a couple of more-than-acceptable alternatives and when I made a choice they ensured I didn't have to bear any additional costs or delay. I hope other retailers who have suffered supply and import delays are as honest and customer-focussed as The Golf Shop Online. Thank you.

Good guys I ordered some trousers. Sadly they delivered the wrong size. I asked for a refund and without quibble sent it through. Also refunded the postage costs of returning the product. Decent people. Will use again.

Ordered product, and received a confirmation email. The product never arrived so I chased via email as their telephone is not answered. No reply as of yet to several emails which shows utter contempt for their customers. BE WARNED!

Ordered a watch last Saturday, hadn’t heard anything regarding delivery, even though been over a week now. No reply to an email querying this last Friday, chased again Monday and eventually Marty replied advising it’ll take 10 working days. Very vague, and abrupt email so I have no idea when the 10 days is from (order date presumably but they’ve had to ‘order one in’ even though their website suggested they had it in stock). Phone lines not working, blaming Covid yet also saying they’re as busy as ever as golf courses open?!? Won’t be using them again, hopefully get the watch soon (present for my dad which will now be missed) if not looks like I’ll have to raise a complaint to Amex to try and get my money back as they’re less than proactive on responses

Ordered some Ecco golf shoes as they appeared to be a decent price and quoted 2-5 days for delivery (not working days) also, next day delivery available for certain post codes which did not apply to me so I went ahead and paid. My receipt stated ‘normally 3-7 working days for delivery“ and then for Ecco it now states up to 10 days! Not only this misleading selling practices but the two replies I received when I chased did not match up their website at the point of purchase. When their delivery eventually did arrive on the “9th working day” or 13 days from order my size was not delivered e.g 42 and I’m 43. In fairness the refund was made immediately but the whole experience was a complete waste of time.
