Excellent service - ordered a pair of Bose headphones... delivered two days later - the free delivery options stated 2-5 days. Product as described and in perfect order. I then emailed their admin dept requesting a VAT receipt which was provided withing 7 minutes !!

The price was a little more than a competitor, but they had sold out so I decided to try here, and the MD used to live local helped. The item was in stock, I was kept up to date at every point of the sale and it arrived quickly as expected with no fuss what so ever. Again, couldn't ask for more, especially as by leaving reviews I can extend the warranty, although not like I will need to as the previous product I had was very reliable.

I would not hesitate in recommending people DO NOT use this company, the prices may be could, however an expansive SatNav which I bought has not worked from day one and this company has not tried to help at all. The customer service is absolutely shocking, do please please I beg you you save your hard earned cash and DO NOT buy from these shysters.

Thurgo offer the worst customer service I've ever come across. I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner in July that was lost/stolen in the post. It was sent by registered post so I assumed that this would be dealt with quickly and I'd receive the full refund. Despite many phone calls and emails to Thurgo over the last five months (to which I never get a response), I still haven't received my refund. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone - so I would shop elsewhere!

Very disappointed with the item. It was not clear from the website that it was refurbished and it is tatty and old looking. I am returning it for a refund
