I hadn't actually left a review before your aggressive response, I just simply gave a 1 star. I hadn't slated you at all! The one star was because of your lovely staff, the lack of the rest was because the food was bland and tasted all the same. Sorry for the bad review, I don't often leave them but with such an aggressive response I felt justified

All staff I talked to were very polite and extremely helpful. There is a designated person who takes your plated up carvery food to your table for you! One way system in place, all signage very clear in large print. Food was brilliant, very tasty and enjoyable, with a variety vegetables available. Several hand sanitisers around for customers also. All staff wearing masks.

Had a really good carvery here at lunchtime. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and engaging especially our waitress Charlotte. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Supurb staff. Handled our table of 10 with a wheelchair user, and toddler fantastically! Well positioned for food and facilities. Thank you so much for taking care of us. Food was cooked to a good standard (5.30pm). Will certainly return.

Good food at reasonable prices (was told you can get a voucher for 50% off mains if you have the app - only valid certain days). I would have given 5 stars as the server was great, he dishes up your veg for you and will get exactly what you want (I asked for squishy roast spuds and to drown it in gravy which he did!) But some of the veg was pretty dry (the gravy sorted that though!!)

Overall we were very impressed. We were greeted at the entrance and asked to sanitize our hands and check in via track and trace, an instant reassurance they are taking the covid situation seriously. Clear one way system in place and the guy at the buffet counter couldn't have been more helpful. Everywhere was extremely clean and every member of staff were professional and friendly. To top it off the waitress even said to us as long as we were in the building she would keep our coffees coming - exactly what you want to hear in the morning. We will definitely be back and after having a poor experience in Exeter will be making the drive especially to visit here.
