Ordered a Greenworks Strimmer cost me 197.99 & received a used one from Tom's Garden Equipment, emailed them & called them & the lady on the end of the phone said they don't get to see the actual products as they come from a 3rd party. I suggested the have a Quality Control check before sending used equipment out as this was a birthday present & looks shocking as per images attached. I won't be using this company again, reading reviews it seems my used item isn't an isolated case.
