We needed our 6month old smart TV re-setting up as we couldn’t previously understand how to work it properly. (Not bought through Vigars). A friend had recently bought her new TV through them and recommended them to us. I rang them last week, explained our problem and was quoted their standard call-out fee of 99, which had to be paid in advance. Within an hour someone (Peter) came to our home to fix the TV. He spent plenty of time checking everything through first and then set about re-setting it up, explaining to us what he was doing and why. Although at first I was concerned about the 99 initial call-out charge, in the end we’re delighted with the service provided and the care and professionalism given to us and to solving the problem. I happily recommend Vigars to anyone needing service to their TV.
