Absolutely disgraceful management here. They have made the decision to make people stand and wait outside in this freezing cold weather for their orders. This is not a corporate decision, it's the manager of this store. You can go to any of the other local stores and que inside. I collected my order today and was freezing while waiting. Old folk dont stand a bloody chance in this weather. Two days ago it was -10 around these parts, and to think that's ok is diabolical. This store has plenty of room to organize a que. They are just using this Covid19 nonsense as an excuse to do as little as possible. Shame on you.

Offensive staff. They are not managing the click and collect provision to reduce the waiting time for customers standing in the cold. It took 3 yes, THREE women to deal with ONE customer. They are not optimising on the space available. Rather like a Shakespearian experience... Yes, I'm thinking of Macbeth.. the 3 Witches.... Appalling!
