I almost always manage to get a disabled parking place here in the ground level. Only ussue is folk park where it is clearly marked with yellow chevrons not too, which is where emergency vehicles has priority. This sometimes creates issues reversing out of disabled bays.

Always space available downstairs which is handy however there was one time where I had to park on the roof, which was okay for me however could be inconvenient to others as BOTH elevators were broken.
