We had heard of this, our local place with good reports. We really couldn’t have asked for better for our much loved big old chocolate Labrador. Individual cremation so all we got back was our dog. I am very pleased to recommend Forget me nott.

Called on the day after Boxing Day as our beloved Lucy had died. Did not expect a response until after the holidays. Within an hour we were contacted and arrangements made. We could have had her collected but delivered her ourselves. We were met and treated with sympathy and care. We will have her returned in a scatter pouch and we will take her to the places she loved. Compared to other similar establishments the cost of cremation and other add ons is very reasonable, but the response was fantastic and is a key part of this review. I would not hesitate to recommend and use this service again.

Had to say goodbye to my 15 year old best friend Gizmo on Friday after a long struggle.He was such a amazing boy Such a sad time. Thank you to all the staff at Forget me not for the care and sympathy given. Gizmo was collected from my vet on Saturday and his ashes were with me at home by Monday.Thanks Liam your chat at my home when you returned him to me ment alot. Such a hard time for me was made easier by you all. Can't recommend \Forget Me Not\ enough and very reasonable in price compared to similar providers. Thank you so much !

This is the first time I’ve ever had to say goodbye to one of my fur babies and forget me not was recommended by our vet. We said goodbye to our gorgeous ginger Tom Archie on Thursday. On Thursday night I rang and spoke to Lucinda who was so kind and understanding. She explained everything to me and listened and understood my sadness. We arranged for Archie to be collected from home the next day. I was so anxious that I text to remind lucinda to which she replied and told me not to worry and they would certainly be collecting Archie. Liam collected Archie and called me to tell me how long he would be. He listened very carefully to our wishes and told us he would look after Archie. I called the next morning because I suffer from anxiety and I was worried about Archie. I spoke to a lovely lady called Claire who listened and understood my worries. Later that morning I had a phone call stating Archie was ready for his cremation and I had time to light a candle they told me he had his favourite teddy with him. They said my boy would be home with me on Monday. I cannot fault this service. They collected my boy with such respect and I look forward to him coming home. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. They truly feel your pain, they understand you, they’ve been in your position. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you’re struggling with the pain of missing your loved fur baby please give these a call you certainly won’t regret it xxxx

I could not recommend Forget Me Not more to anyone who has lost a pet. On the 30th we had to put my hamster Stanley to sleep. We rang Forget Me Not the same day and they arranged to pick Stanley up the next morning. By late afternoon on the 31st we had Stanley back at home in a gorgeous casket with his name engraved on it. They were so helpful and they genuinely cared even though Stanley was such a small animal, not like a cat or a dog. I can’t thank them enough for making our loss a little easier
