Great service from Luke & Matty. Luke started by reopening the centre just after closing time last night to inflate my flat tyre so that I could get home. Booked me in for 1st thing this morning & replaced 2 tyres and a totally shot battery. They both made an extra effort to get my car back on the road

Just to say a big thanks to Luke, Lance and the guys at Kwik Fit. My Zafira needed a major service and MOT but also needed disk, brakes, brake fluid and other work to pass the MOT. Great advice and service, I did have to leave my car all day but this seems pretty standard wherever you go these days. I got my car back with a clean bill of health and the price was very reasonable to say all the work that was done. Thanks again to the great team at Newton Aycliffe Kwik Fit. See you again fellas.

Great service at a very busy time and under difficult conditions. My MOT had been booked online unfortunately on a day this particular service centre didn’t do MOT’S. The manager Luke phoned me well in advance and offered me alternative times and dates to suit my needs. I waited for my car in the reception area and saw that although they were busy the COVID guidelines were adhered to at all times. More than Happy will certainly use again.

I had an appointment booked today for 14:30 and when I arrived I was told that there was a 30 to 40 min backlog. You could see that the team of three where extremely busy. That being said the staff where very polite and even got me sorted within 30 mins. I would definitely go here again.
