I've been getting messed about by this company since July 2020 after completing my training/interview and being promised a job at Schiphol Airport. Constant contradicting emails and responses from the managing director Ian , Trainer Thelma and other third parties that are working along side NC group Ltd .. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I got more sense out of Labourlink (actual employer for the Schiphol Airport Cargo Warehouse job) in 1 email than I have ever had from NC group Ltd since July 2020. I was advised by Thelma and Ian not to look for any other work and to not move address until I receive my air side clearance which has left my life in limbo for a very long period of time. Constant excuses, lies and contradiction for 8 months. I would recommend that you stay well clear of NC group Ltd and contact Labourlink directly or find a different employer.. I know this isn't just a case of bad luck for me as others from the Teesside area are suffering the same problem. I've tried to ask for the correct complaints procedure on the NC group Ltd contact us section of their website several times and also spoke to Sam when I phoned the office to ask for the correct complaints procedure but it seems to be non existent. They basically keep refusing to take my complaint which I find rather odd and once again very unprofessional. I will put an update on this review section if and when I ever do receive my air side clearance but I wouldn't like to put money on it happening any time soon.

Would avoid like the plague , and this ain’t sour grapes , Ian and Thelma talk a good one but don’t deliver , don’t answer the phone and keep you hanging for that nonexistent position, lean management will not do anything for your cv or work experience, it’s a Japanese method and the last time I looked I was in the uk

Said I was in line for the Amsterdam job, they said they'd call me with details after I finished the course and they never did. Waste of time, wouldn't bother with them, I'd go to a more professional company if you're looking for work

I have done a course with this company and now working in Amsterdam. I was spoken to weekly and once cleared i started straight away. They have also helped me in work by doing my training at work as well. Highly recommend Thank you
