Great company where nothing is too much trouble. The car I was given was spotless and the member of staff took me through the whole process in the office. I was then given a detailed tour of the car and a 'tester' of the driving position and all the controls before being let loose on the road! I've also hired a van from this Company and received the same excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ethel's for car and van hire - will definitely go back to them.

Great name for terrific car rental. Quick, no fuss & new car too! Rented a new Fiat, perfect for the back roads of Wales. Upon return the staff transported me to th rail station. Definitely recommended ! Concur with previous commenter regarding quality of car and service.

Their website states they will deliver and collect your hire car. I rang to confirm this and was told they do not do this anymore, about time they updated their website
These shocking con artists ripped me off for hundreds of pounds for a tiny scuff on a bumper. They also wrote my card number down in a publicly-displayed daybook, including the security code. If you must use these aggressive money-grubbing clowns, make sure you buy an excess waiver from a 3rd party company. If I could have given no stars at all, I would have.
