The worst experience! AVOID!!! Ordered a turkey for Christmas a month in advance. No turkey. No answer. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t reply to emails. Needless to say, paid 96 for an experience that is further ruining this already sad Christmas. Awful. Stay away from these people! Just to add that their “free delivery over 80” promise is a complete lie. They charged me an extra 7.87 for a delivery that never happened! So dishonest and unreliable

Really disappointed - our premium delivery of fresh meat is more than 24 hours late and we've not been told when it will get here and if it will even be in decent condition. I guess we need to find a new supplier. Shame.
Great quality of meat and they are trying their best to provide a great service. However they use APC couriers who are appalling in their customer service and delivery times. Graig Farm states on their website that deliveries are made next day between 8am-6pm. For the second time we have waited all day and it is well past 7.30 pm. This is no way to keep the loyalty of new customers. Last time when we called the courier we were told we could drive to their depot and pick up the meat! When I complained to Graig farm, they tried to fob me off by saying that they do 2 night deliveries to Northern Ireland (despite knowing I'm in Manchester and yet they promise next day delivery). Only after insisting they agreed to waive the delivery charge. Second time now, we are waiting and the tracking for the courier does not work - we even called and they said the tracking was broken. If Graig farm insist on using APC courier and providing an abysmal service to the client as a direct result of using this courier, then I'm afraid I have to start looking for another meat supplier. I'll be happy change this review once they stop using APC courier. I really hate to leave such a negative review but I'm the client and I've been waiting all day and it's nearly 8pm and I have no idea if I'll even get the meat!
Ordered Christmas turkey at the end of November for delivery on 22nd....it's the 23rd and 4pm and it has not arrived. Call the farm - no answer. Delivery company? Service is non existent. Appalling. Basically salt on the wound with Tier 4 restrictions. I can't articulate my thoughts about this farm or its service. This is plain hearted, cold and rotten behaviour. My wife is distraught and I am facing a disaster after waiting all year for Christmas amid such a horrible environment.
Superb! The meat is of the highest quality and flavour. I'm happy to pay for meat that has been cared for properly and it's evident in the smell, texture and taste. I can't thank you enough. I work for the NHS and cook for colleagues who all remark on the unbelievable flavour. A real treat at the end of our difficult shifts x
