Great to deal with. Started with an emergency call out to a broken boiler which they had up an running within 2 hours of calling. 2 weeks later a full service was done on the boiler to make sure it stayed up and running. All staff dealt with were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again.

A 5 Star Service from M Bufton Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd! From the moment you call with your problem, to the moment it is fixed you are in safe hands. My plumbing issue was booked in swiftly and all fixed in under 24 hours! The plumber who arrived was fully and appropriately PPE'd to enter my home and kept to great social distancing measures at all times. He was also friendly, professional and efficient - customer service across the board is top drawer. It is an absolute pleasure to hire Buftons, I have used them before and will use them again without hesitation - Fantastic service all round
