The car park is free for National Trust members or 2 for 1 hour or more for up to 4. Given that you'd probably spend around 1.5 hours here, it's a bit of a cheeky system really. The car park has toilets though only the disabled one was open when we visited - not sure why only one toilet was open during Covid times as it meant there was often a queue. It's a nice place to wander around, especially on a sunny day.

When we come to the island we like to come here. The first time we have seen it so busy. There was a seal on the sand bank which was lovely to see.
