I have used Newtown Specsavers since it opened. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and courteous. Having been to the shop three times since the Covid restrictions I was suitably impressed with the protocol and the well thought out procedures in place. I felt safe and reassured. I’d really like to point out that one staff member went above and beyond recently to help me obtain my new glasses, he was very informative and considerate.
