Stephen called out late last week, diagnosed and sorted the issue promptly. Once the defective parts had been replaced he stayed on to ensure the system was working as expected. Very impressed with his knowledge and professional conduct. Thank you.

Had Stephen out a while ago to sort an issue with gas supply to my cooker. He was happy to call at the end of his work day on the way home at six thirty. After a thorough investigation he sourced the problem (caused by poor workmanship by a previous engineer not associated with Alpha) rectified the issue and left the kitchen as he had found it. During the time he was here he was chatty and easy to get along with. In conclusion, I will be using Alpha again and cannot rate Stephen highly enough - top man and a top job!!
Great service. Boiler problem diagnosed straight away on original visit. Had a replacement part, and back out to replace within the week. They where in contact regularly with updates and time frames. highly recommend!

We bought a dual fuel cooker a few months ago, and asked Stephen to fit it thinking it would just be a simple job, only to find that the gas pipes in our house weren’t fitted to any gas supply. We thought we might have to get the cooker exchanged for an electric one but the previous tenants shoddy workmanship and missing pipes problem was rectified quickly, with no drama and the cooker was working perfectly in no time. Yesterday the gas supply reduced to practically nothing, and so we phoned NIHE to sort it out. Long story short, the guy from NIHE couldn’t find the problem so my husband asked Stephen would he take a look. The answer was yes, he could, and he discovered the problem with the supply that the NIHE guy couldn’t find!! I can not recommend these guys highly enough!!

Alpha gas and oil replaced a leaking oil tank for me with a new one and also provided a watchman with it , came when they said and left the place tidy when they finished. Friendly guys , would highly recommend them
