Blown away with the service at barking beauties, I got my rescue Saluki around 4 years ago and he’s always been nervous especially when it comes to grooming, I had been taking him to a different groomers who eventually started coming up with excuses not to take him, like the girls back was too sore to lift him or they have no space for the next few weeks and they would be in touch with me to arrange and never would, they also made it clear that he was snappy, so from then I dreaded taking him to groomers in case he hurt someone so he’s been at the vets twice for a shave when he’s been put to sleep , which has been around 100 a go, the last time he was put under it took him too long to come round so I decided to a give different groomers a shot, I spoke to a lady at Barking beauties to book him and she was so helpful and told me not to worry that they see lots of nervous dogs, finally brought Jake in today , he was trembling and full of nerves, but the girl behind the counter came straight out and sat with him and asked about his history, it was really lovely to see the interest she took in him. 2 hours later, I come back to get him and his tail is wagging and he’s a happy boy, all clean smelling gorgeous with a lovely little bandana to finish him off. The lady had said that he wasn’t the worst she had seen and he was nervous but he done great. I feel like a weight has been lifted and my boy can now go get a clean and I won’t have to worry. Thank you to Barking Beauties, I’m over the moon!

This is Gucci after his haircut. What a lovely to staff they have here. And they cut and groomed . He was beautiful. This is a great place to take your dog to.

My dog came out with hair on his face different lengths on both sides not very good value for money 33 pound and I had to fix him myself. Will not be back. His name is teddy wee yorkie he was in last week. I have used barking beauties before with my previous dog and I never had any complaints but this time i was very disappointed. Sorry to complain its just the truth.
