Never again will I go here. Took a bicycle up a week ago for a tire replacement for the back tire, got it back with the front tire replaced instead of the back tire when it was impossible to miss the damage to the back tire. When we took it back to complain, they replaced the back wheel and two days on having not used it used, the back tire is flat. Either don't know what they're doing or cheating you out of money. EDIT Now that my 3rd tire within a month that they have charged me for has also gone flat, I can safely say these guys are FRAUDS stealing my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Friendly, helpful and personal took the time to help me ( bolt needed for gear changer) Halfords wanted me to buy new gear changer which I already had for a single bolt, Halfords employee was embarrassed at telling me this.
