My only gripe is that prices are too close to the price of a new item. I appreciate this is driven by supply & demand. I do sometimes find if I have time to search and wait for offers, I can get new items for less then the price of an A-grade. Certainly applies to the last 2 major items I have purchased. However, even then I consider CEX because I value their 2-year warranty, and customer service in-store. Because of this I have upgraded my rating to 4-stars from 3. I also appreciate that they are responding to reviews.

Nice items to buy
Used to love it in this CEX all staff were great and always was guaranteed a great experience however a new member of staff who I've dealt with past two times has been awful. I don't trust him to grade products as from the first time he had to be corrected by another member of staff after I questioned his judgement. After the second experience with this member of staff I will no longer accept dealing with him. In my experience he's nothing more than an job's Worth who wouldn't think twice of shorting a customer of what they are selling is worth. Check online before you go there and know what your product is worth to ensure this doesn't happen to you.

I bought a few computer hardware bits here last week, all I can say is make sure you know what you are buying in regards to hardware as some of employee's haven't a clue, and will hand you anything, I had to correct her a few times in what I was getting and being given, nice enough but no idea.
Very helpful staff. I don't know anything about consoles and they didn't recommend the most expensive one, instead they recommended they most sensible one for my hubby.
Sold my phone ex service..Good value.
Nice small shop , will be better if more available product in-store.
