Reasonable choice of cars but no bartering

Having worked for a busy franchise dealer for 5 years in sales it's safe to say I know the in's and out's of the car buying/selling process. Called into these guys during tricky covid times knowing what I wanted and had it all sorted in under 2 hours and collected the following day. No hiccups just straight forward here's my expectations and they were exceeded without quarrel. Digital handshake goes out to Jonathan & Drew at Alfa Romeo Sales, couldn't recommend them enough. Cheers lads.....P.S. loving the Giulia!
Good service at the service department
Called in on Tuesday 21st July to look at Giulia Quadrifoglio that is on the forecourt. This is a 60k car and we were very serious potential buyers. It was for my wife. Despite the sales guys sitting behind their desks in the showroom, seeing us drive in and park and spending the guts of 15-20 minutes looking around the car not one person came out near us. Despite other Donnelly staff moving cars around the car park etc. Terrible treatment and service. Having bought previous cars from Bavarian, Charles Hurst, J&F Group etc the difference in attention could not be compared. Donnelly obviously have too much business they don’t need it, off to Bavarian we go to buy an M4!!
I bought an Alfa Giulia recently from Donnelly Motor Group and the buying experience and attention to detail displayed by both Drew McVeigh and Colum was first class. These Guys really are professionals in their field. I would highly recommend Donnelly's to anybody looking to buy an Alfa Romeo., which are great cars in any case. You won't be disappointed. Hi, I’m now on My 2nd Alfa, this time its a Stelvio (Side note, best car I’ve ever had, that includes the German cars I’ve owned). As for Donnelly’s Alfa Romeo, I can only say good things. I’ve bought both my Alfa’s from Drew, (plus my wife's two Fiats) hopefully I’ll be getting my 3rd, 4th, 5th from him when its time. Arthur on the service desk is a true gentleman. I’ve had my Stelvio a year now, (just had it’s first service) and I still can’t believe I get to drive a red Alfa Romeo. As for the dealership, that's an easy five stars. Thanks for everything.
