NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO BE TOTALLY HONEST !! Put me into a beautiful Volvo XC60 car. Automatic. I was used to driving a manual but to be on the safe side, I took out the optional 7 per day insurance to avoid paying a lump sum access of 250 should the car incur any damage. On return of the vehicle the car, was checked over by the rep who very quickly and coincidentally went straight to the front ps side of the vehicle and pointed out a bubble on the PS front tyre. The questioning bagan as he clearly assumed that I did it. This got my back up and i became quite defensive as I was extremely careful whilst the car was in my care. In total I had the car for 1 week Monday to Monday and was told that the optional insurance was 7 per day. 7x 749 I was charged for an eighth day and when I queried it they told me that it was the insurance company who told them to charge 8 days on their system. However this insurance is between Enterprise and me and was completely separate. I told him to refund the additional 7 that they had taken and his reply was '' it's only 7 and even with my cheeky attitude that he would refund it.'' That is very kind of you considering it was mine in the first place and that my attitude stemmed from being accused of damaging the car. **THIS IS A SCAM TO GET MORE MONEY OF ITS VULNERABLE CUSTOMERS. **MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK OVER THE CAR FULLY INCLUDING TYRES. I didn't. I only checked over the bodywork. I DONT LIKE TO BE CONNED & CERTAINLY DON'T APPRECIATE BEING ACCUSED OF OR IT BEING IMPLIED THAT I CAUSED DAMAGE TO SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T. THE ALLOY ITSELF WAS NOT MARKED AT ALL. THE TYRE ITSELF HAS NO MARKS / TEARS MEANING THERE WAS NO IMPACT. SEE IMAGES.

“Enterprise, we make renting easy.” Unless your attempting to rent a vehicle through your Insurer. Rental Depot had approximately a month to prepare a road worthy vehicle for my booking. Rental Location didn’t have the appropriate group of Vehicle and didn’t want to provide me with an upgrade as they will not get the same daily rental rate from an Insurer against if they rented it to a private Customer. Entirely at the fault of the Depot, my car is still awaiting insurance repairs. Tried to speak with Zara the depot manager, who attempted to indirectly put blame on myself instead of their own Incompetence. They even have key point to their Enterprise Mission to “Exceed our Customer’s expections for Service, Quality and Value.” They have failed severely. Rental location now refuse to provide a Vehicle, which is turn also feels like Discrimination in itself.

Had a terrible experience here they tried to charge me 70 for a supposedly FREE courtesy car while my other car was being assessed by the insurance company. They told me that I was eligible for a COVID extension and I phoned them up multiple times the day before I was due to return the car to confirm this, yet the staff failed to inform me that the extension was not put through so they tried to charge me for the free car lol! They then tried to say the fuel tank was empty when I just put a tenner in it just before dropping the car off so they added extra fees, the staff are rude and horrible and unprofessional how can anybody treat the customers like this is beyond me, times are difficult as is and me being a new dad with a 6 month old baby struggling financially this is an absolutely shameful! Get it sorted....
