Bought an Astra a few weeks back. 2 slow punctures in the back wheels. The 2 keys I got snapped in the ignition. Had some severe rattling underneath and found out the exhaust wasnt attached properly. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place unless you can give it a proper check over before you buy.
Arranged to come and view Honda and rang to book appointment in line with covid guidelines. Drove over 40 miles to view the car to be met “oh it was sold last night”. Awful customer service - not even another apology or option to view other cars. **new edit to the response** I never failed to appear on any other occasion. I had originally called and said I would need to check with my other half but it would be either Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I rang you back straight away when we found out when we could travel and told you Wednesday morning so you must be getting me confused with another no show as the only booking I ever made was the Wednesday morning. Hope it’s just that you are just getting me mixed up with someone else as wouldn’t like to think you’d lie to try and get your way out of a customer complaint. The fact is you knew and admitted that you were aware the previous night that the car was gone and didn’t have common decency to contact us. If you are so concerned with covid guidelines surely with current travel being for necessary journeys only, you would have thought to contact customers coming to see a car you knew was gone.

Strange place...looks like a farm...waited for about 15 mins but nobody even spoke to us. Car prices seemed competitive but meeting a salesman would have been useful.
