I've booked glassies for window cleaning really easy to talk and deal with over the phone looking forward till I get my windows cleaned

Had my windows replaced last year and have only gotten round to getting them cleaned today by glassies. I have came home from work this evening to sparkling windows, Keith text me when he was finished and even sent me a few snaps! Great service, would recommend and will be getting them back out when they need another scrub
Avoid. very rude. paid in advance for three runs. Sent a text on 15th May saying I had paid for the next three runs. Cleaner came out on 4th June, told him that was the first of three. He said it was the second even though thats a 2 week period between cleans? and he claims someone was with me on 15th (so someone came on the day I paid?).... He told me I could go elsewhere. So I have and he can keep the extra money im not arguing with a window cleaner on the phone. Shame, his cleaners seem like nice blokes.
Keith was very kind and professional, arrived on time and cleaned my gutters at a reasonable price with no mess, accepts a wide variety of payment methods too... Highly recommend, will definitely use glassies again Thank you
