I often shop at Matalan as I feel they offer fashionable clothes, at good quality and very good prices. Today though I also experienced excellent customer service... My query was dealt with very quickly and in a very friendly manner by both the sales staff (Amanda I think) and the manager... Thank you very much.

Good range of fairly priced products and I loved the clothes! Nice quality changing area and lovely staff too. They also had a great range of cheap kitchen stuff that are really useful for moving out for the first time and look stylish too. Great for some uni shopping

I like Matalan because they have a great selection of clothing that fits very tall people. The quality is generally good and at decent prices. The only thing I've never liked, is that with every single visit the queues are extremely long and you can get annoyed at the long wait.

The new layout looks well and everything is neat and tidy. We only went in for baby items which we managed for find and purchase what we needed. There's some really beautiful clothes for babies and for good prices.

This Matalan always has solid standards, women's section is huge. Men's is smaller but great. For men; casual work formal and jackets there are a great selection.
