Quite disappointed. Today is Monday, our shed which requires a signature was meant to come Friday. We took a day off, there were 2 adults at home and when we call about the shed they said they came but there was no answer; apparently we didn't hear anyone, okay it happens we reschedule the delivery to Monday. We take another day off and wait all day, I call about 4pm to ask the whereabouts of the shed and I'm redirected to a driver, they don't pick up, I call again, I'm redirected and then someone hangs up, I call the third time and finally I get to a driver. I'm told they don't have the shed. That they can come tomorrow. I can't just take a third day off. I'm not sure whose responsibility this was but this is pretty bad. Edit: Shed came on Tuesday. On Monday I spoke to a manager who assured me I'd be called back within 10-15 mins (they never did call me back, I called them after 35 mins) and was reassured it will come the following day.

Terrible place to work for, management have little to none care for there drivers. When warehouse makes mistakes, it's the drivers fault. When the office makes mistakes, it's the drivers fault. Long hours, no life. And no thanks for any of it
