Had a Nespresso parcel dumped on my doorstep for a different address. Phoned Nightline twice, on hold for 20 mins, no one answers the phone. Emailed them, no reply back. Ended up having to phone Nespresso to organise for it to be picked up and delivered to the correct address again. Honest mistake of a delivery driver, however the customer service is non existent. I would never send a parcel with them.

This depot appears to be a black hole. 2 packages have been delivered here to make use of the Parcel Motel delivery facility to the south. No acknowledgement, nothing on my account and it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone as no-one answers the phone. I am still waiting, this is going on about 10 weeks now!!! Appalling service!!! It was accepted at the deput by someone called T.C. ... I would like my package!!!!

Apparently if you miss a delivery they can return it to the warehouse and forget about your parcel. Supposed to redeliver next day but never bothered or the next or the next..... Absolutely useless. Avoid this company. You'd be quicker walking with your parcel and delivering it by hand!!

Fantastic customer service , missed them The first time but so easy to contact by email and rearrange for their delivery driver to come back next day .

Most incompetent delivery company I've interacted with. 5 parcels left in the street, in the rain, despite having food in them and having very clear delivery instructions with big letters on the box saying to read the delivery instructions. Hello Fresh will lose any chance of a foothold in the Northern Irish market if they continue to use an illiterate, lazy, unreliable logistics partner.
