Terrible service, be very very careful when you return a van, I mean very careful. I have leased many vans from a range of company's, both for my own business and as an employee. I have never seen anyone be so strict and uncompromising, upon returning a van, which I washed and vacuumed, the lad who was examining it found footprints on the plywood in the back, there was a scuff Mark on the plywood on the floor and he wanted to bill me for it. He said the van had been damaged and I was liable, it was not damaged, the plywood was dirty, not the van, the plywood was scuffed not the van.

200 for Van for one day. Seriously you need to rethink your prices either people will find that you are out of your mind !!
