RL Contracts (Bill Osborne) was employed to build an extension and a sunroom for me. He said all the right things and his website and rated people reviews were great. He’s supposed to be a flat roof specialist and member of FMB. None of this is true. Leaking roof, two ceilings down, shoddy workmanship and a massive bill to put right. Please don’t listen to his patter as you will regret it. FMB, trading standards and ombudsman have all been informed and I have photographs/videos of all his bad work. AVOID!!!!!
