Always very friendly, helpful and patient, I frequent this store often and have seen first hand how helpful they all are, there are a few partially sighted people and the staff can't do enough to help them, they have all done extremely well throughout this pandemic and need to be commended, a great bunch of staff you have there

Purchased four sausages from the deli counter and was told that I couldn't pay at the main till and I'd have to pay at the deli. I was purchasing more goods in store and it would have been more convenient to pay at the main till. I put my purchase in the basket and of course forgot about it and pilled the dozen or so items on top. When I got to the till with a full basket I forgot and the sausages got put through again. I only remembered this when I got home. Expensive sausages!

Usually this place is excellent. On the last visit the store had very few staff and the service was pretty slow. Staff are all very friendly and very helpful.

Was buying from the hot food counter asked for a large stew and what she gave me was pathetic , I asked her to put some more in as I was paying 4 for it and she was like \were not allowed \ Got home to eat it and the meat is all dried up and hard , definitely should have some better customer service as the reviews for this shop is already bad enough !
