Great shop. Wide variety of products. Seasonal produce always in-store. Large car park. Can be busy at times.

Disgusting covid standards, staff at the entrance doing nothing to encourage hand sanitizer, staff instore roaming the aisles without masks, I see maskless parents with multiple children running around picking their nose and eating it, even one kid with his hands fully down the back of his trousers I don't even want to know what he was picking. Tesco, you've lost a customer for life.. literally disgusting.

Not friendly staff in Tesco didn't help with or treats when we got it and the woman don't nothing and she help everyone else and not us and she didn't help with the mechine she took my basket . Only one cash mechine disgracfull .

Had an issue with an out-of-date product at Tesco Newtownabbey. Duty Manager, Jennifer, was to send voucher. It never arrived. Then spoke to Duty Manager Mark who promised the same. It never arrived either. Very bad after sales customer service from senior staff, and why were out-of-date products on the shelf!! Worrying!!
