Went in with my son to cancel his account as he had found a student based account online. The fantastic chap behind the till really is good at his job. I think Gareth was his name. Really professional no pushy sales, just honest information. Anyway after a chat to him my son got a much better deal staying with 3 network. This wouldn't have happened if Gareth wasn't as friendly and chatty as he is. As all we needed was a how to get your PAC code text and we would have left 3 network. Well done that man

Just been to the 3 Store in Abbey Centre to pick up my new phone. Was attended by Lois and Calum who were pleasant and could not have been more helpful. It made my shopping experience very satisfying and left me feeling I had been treated as a special customer. William

Staff are so helpful and know their products inside out. I went to get a sim only deal in the Abbeycentre store and I think it was Ryan went though everything with me and let me know about other deals I might like, and was also extremely helpful to my sister who was there aswell as she is due an upgrade soon. Can not thank the guys enough
