Hi, I've recently bought a car at Trust Ford Coleraine and had an issue with flat batter(my fault, left lights on). I wanted just to get some keypass or anything to deactivate or properly activate immbolisiser as after charging I couldn't start the car(car and lock icon was flashing). I called them and the receptionist was very kind and helpfull however the lady, who called me back(some team member) didn't really care or know how to help me and basically covered herslef with lockdown and said they don't do calls out. I mean this is crazy and it's nothing to do with covid safetyness. So my warranty at ford was useless, I managed to fix it myself. However, it took me some shopping and few days. The attitude and ignorancy treating my case was painfull. So I can't say they provide me support. It's just not nice as the issue was so trivial and could be even instructed by phone or any technician could come in for 2min and do it.

Now entering Week 4 of my nightmare interaction with this place. Though I have finally got my car back, they are refusing to provide me with a receipt or report relating the scheduled service I paid for, or any written details of the warranty repairs they claim to have carried out. After 30 years as a Ford customer, my next car will certainly not be a Ford.

Rude on the phone, vehicle paid for and all. Told I would get it today. Never came and no contact from them on what's happening
