I would recommend using Ulster Property Sales for buying or selling your house. I have just recently sold my house through them and they were head and shoulders above the rest. Special mention for Graham who was very proactive. When the process got a bit stressful, he was able to keep things forward, eager to help and constantly kept me in the loop so I didn’t need to worry. They went above and beyond - 10/10

Just sold a house I had purchased off ups 10years previous . Keith took outstanding photos that created a lot of interest that my house sold in 2 days. Advertising if the property was great. I then dealt with Heather proceeding with the sale who was a great communicator and kept us up to date with everything her professionalism was great as my seller agent was not . She went over and above to push completion and would highly recommend them for the future and was so pleasant to deal with .

Can I just say firstly Keith thank you all so much for everything it really was a top class service and I really couldn't fault any of you guys, definitely the best at what you do, testimony below hope it is ok Well what can I say about UPS, from start to finish it was a top class service. In what can be a daunting process they stepped in and took all the stress and hassle out of every aspect of selling my house. When needed they always kept me up to date with the progress of my sale and throughout it all I really got the feeling they actually care and take great pride in what they do. I had confidence in what they were doing and knew I could just leave it their hands. If ever selling again I would not be going anywhere else
