Went to customer services at 1 o'clock today with a return I was buying 4 items cashier said I can not put those through as there is to many items I said that's ok just do the refund she then decided to put my items through she was shaking her head and a cross face really did not want to serve me so rude when she finished I said so sorry for the hassle

So far today, i have spent 1h45mins on your customer help line. Sent you an email and still waiting a response. Anyway in case you havent got it. My issuse is i was at your branch this morning. Im a disabled person i went to.iceland 1st then went to asda i had my walking aids with me. I saw barriers up and staff directing customers in. I ask the customer service guy at the front how big was the queue he said about 200m long and i had to jointhe back. I replied im a disabled person and thought hd would help me. It was about 9.30am ish. he said sorry cant help you .you still have to go to the back of the line.. so i went else where. I went onto u105 radio station and had it on air about the way i was treated.. your customer service member has showed a lack of understanding of the needs of the disabled in this time of cov-19 outbreak UPDATE. still havent got reply back either by email.phone or tweet.. absolute shambles.
