Absolute con man! Came to fix my boiler......3 times! Thick black smoke pouring from boiler after second fix & SERVICE but left third fix with cover unable to be put back on or it boiler would just cut off. Got another company out to fix properly & they fixed it first time & also stated that the new oil pump Ken said he had put in was not new. Also had an incorrect nozzle fitted & air level was nearly at zero.

complete conman! just took off with my sister's money for work that nearly set her house on fire had she not been there at the time! said it was nothing to do with him and hasn't come back to fix the mess. leaving my sister with no working boiler and no heat in the winter just b4 Christmas! stay well clear if u know what's good for you.
