I have to say, with the number of companies who seem to total lack any form of online customer service ethos, Excel was a welcome change to that. I asked a question on a product, I was greeted swiftly with an eloquent and knowledgeable response, in fact more information than was required. Item was posted swiftly and when arrived, came very nicely packaged for their place in the market. Branded tissue paper wrapping around garment and a delivery note and returns in a sealed, branded envelope. Very nice touches. I liked the product I received so have not had to go through their returns protocols, but from what I have experienced, I am very pleased and will certainly be a repeat customer. Bravo, Excel.

A hidden gem in newtownards. Some top quality mid range brands available here. For example Barbour, Ted Baker, Hilfiger, Canada goose and MK. Women's downstairs, men's upstairs. Full marks to the staff. Approachable, knowledgeable and above all helpful. Also do great sales, well worth a visit
