We ran out of oil, couldn't get hold of our usual supplier and other suppliers were giving us a delivery date of a week ahead. Jean had us topped up by lunch time the same day. Excellent service, we'll be using Gransha Fuels from now on!!

Excellent customer service! Jane the owner, is so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They are helpful and go out of their way to please. Were with me within an hour of running out of oil, for an emergengy top up! Could not get a more prompt delivery or better service in Bangor. Would use over Bangor Fuels every time!
We ran out of oil and our regular supplier said we would have to wait 4 days for a delivery but these local people went the extra mile and delivered barrels of oil and put them in the tank within 3 hours of our call. Offered to bleed the system and such a lovely lady (Jean) on the phone. They have a new customer with us. It pays to shop local best service.
New to Donaghadee new to Oil Heating and typically ran out of oil today I rang Gransha Fuels and what a hero the only company prepared to bring me an emergency supply of oil. Delivered in person by the owner himself every one else including large company in Bangor (who we previously bought 1,200 litres from)were disinterested and said 6 day wait minimum Gransha Fuels get my business from this day forward
