I'm delighted to recommend Glenn's services. From the outset he responded promptly to our enquiry, fully explaining the service he provided and the costs etc. He visited our home promptly and on time, to discuss our garage conversion project. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve, but with Glenn's experience and skill he suggested an alternative plan we had not considered, and which we eventually went with. His drawings and specifications were extremely detailed and very impressive, leaving no detail to chance and giving us confidence that the finished product would be of a very high standard. He managed the process of obtaining planning and building control approval, keeping us updated regularly on progress. When it came to selecting a builder Glenn was again very helpful, and we currently have an excellent builder on site helping to realise the project. Glenn always dealt with us in a very courteous manner, and it has been reassuring to have him in our corner during what can be a very stressful process. I have no hesitation in recommending Glenn to anyone whatever their project, big or small. Thank you Sir for helping us with ours.

We consulted Glenn regarding a loft conversion to an en suite bathroom. Our experience of working with him has been first rate from start to finish. Firstly, his personal traits. Importantly he is reliable – when he says he will visit, call you or meet some deadline, he fulfils whatever commitment he has made. He is affable and enthusiastic, and sees solutions rather than problems. Secondly, he is experienced and professional. He took us through all the stages needed to complete our project, made useful and practical suggestions we hadn’t considered, and incorporated what we wanted into the design. This resulted in the quick production of drawings and specifications which he then progressed through Building Control approval. Unfortunately, COVID 19 has delayed building work beginning. However, we have no doubt Glenn will continue to advise and assist us whenever we can revisit the project.
Glenn at GT Design Donaghadee did a first rate job. He was attentive and prompt. The drawings for our extension were meticulous and praised by the City Council. He left nothing out and his service was excellent throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
From our first meeting and then subsequent meetings with Glenn we felt comfortable with him as our Architect. This was because he listened to our suggestions and incorporated them into his initial drawings. Drawing on his expertise, he came up with several ideas we would not have considered. He guided us through the planning application and subsequent building control. Glenn was always friendly, open and someone we could trust to "keep us right". Now that all the work is finished, we are so glad we used GT Building Design. And we definitely have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else who wants a first class job done.

Glenn managed the Design, Planning Consent and outline Building Control Approval for a beach front cottage extension at Ballywalter. I found him highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient with a great attention to detail.
