This is where out cat stays when we are on holiday and I honestly haven't got anything negative to say. Staff are so friendly. We were able to take a tour as well before she stayed the first time (not sure this would be possible anymore with Covid unfortunately).

Brought our 4yr old german shepherd ralph here today after struggling to find someone who would take a GSD. Hes nervous of the dryer and doesnt like loud noises, but after meeting Michelle we were completely at ease leaving him with her. Very professional, very confident with GSD's and has two herself which definitely gave us confidence in choosing her. Ralph came back stunning!!!! His coat has never looked better. Really, really pleased and will definitely use again

Been using here for years now, very good set-up and great service. We leave our cat in twice a year and they take really good care of him, he always comes back happy and a little fatter lol. Plus they do Facebook updates on the animals so my daughter loves to see what he's up to when we are on holidays.
