I ordered two headscarves which were meant to be delivered within a couple of days. My money was taken and I waited. After a week i telephoned the number given only to find out that message service said that the owner was away on holiday (but business will continue as usual) I waited then after another week I managed to get hold of the owner. No, my order was not yet sent, as she was on holiday and being a sole trader had no other helpers. Needless to say I had my money refunded and very upset went else where and received my headscarves within two days of ordering. Being new to chemo therapy it was quite frightening as my hair fell out within ten days. If a company cannot deliver then I feel in these circumstances a customer should be warned. Very disappointed and upset with their service
