Purchased my car from them a while ago and initial thoughts were that they were friendly outgoing and willing to help. There was a problem with the car, which I felt was a fuel related issue. After the usual exchange of words with the owner and his mechanic nothing was investigated and in the end I just said fair enough lets leave it at that and walked out. Just recently had my car serviced and it turned out to be simply a fuel filter that looked as if it has never been changed. It was solid black with dirt and starting to collapse, causing the fuel to stop flowing now and again. I was told the car was fully serviced and checked over before I received it. I have no problems with the car as it is now going well, but I do have a problem with this garage stating that the car was fully serviced when a simple fuel filter wasn't changed. On top of that the brake discs (which are not great according to the garage who did the service), weren't changed with the brake pads at the time of purchase. I won't be using them again or advising anyone to go there for their car. The three stars are for the car and that's it.
